WaveDialer is a browser-based phone dialer extension designed for use with GoHighLevel CRM. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is used.
The WaveDialer Chrome extension accesses the following data only on GoHighLevel domains (app.gohighlevel.com and app.leadconnectorhq.com):

When you request a price on wavedialer.com, we receive the details you type plus where your visit came from (the referring page or ad link, the page you landed on, your browser language and time zone) and an approximate city derived from your IP address. We use it only to answer your request and to learn which channels work. The IP address alone (nothing you typed) is checked with an IP-location service; we store only the city and state. We use no cookies and no third-party tracking.

We also count visits to wavedialer.com anonymously, with our own counter, without cookies and without analytics or advertising services: which page was viewed, which site or link the visit came from, the browser language, whether it is a phone or a computer, and an approximate city from the IP address (looked up with the same IP-location service, sending only the IP). We never store the IP address itself and cannot tell who you are; this data is deleted after 90 days.

The request form has two steps. In the first step you give your name, email, phone and where you saw us, and we send one text message (SMS) with a 4-digit code to verify your phone number. That code is the only text message we send you: we do not send marketing or promotional texts, and message and data rates may apply. Your request is saved only after you enter the code; if you do not finish, we may send you one email reminder to complete it. We contact you by email about your request, and we may call your phone only to follow up on that request. We do not sell or share your phone number or mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
