WaveDialer connects to your Telnyx account for telephony services. All call and messaging costs are billed directly by Telnyx according to their published rates. SmartWave Digital is not responsible for any charges incurred through your Telnyx account.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of WaveDialer are owned by SmartWave Digital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartWave Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Chrome Extension.
