Important: Make sure your browser has microphone permissions enabled for your CRM domain. WaveDialer needs mic access to make voice calls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to keep the Telnyx tab open?

No. WaveDialer runs as a Chrome Extension, so it works on any tab as long as you're in your CRM.

Where are my recordings stored?

Recordings are stored securely on our servers for 30 days. They're automatically synced to your CRM contact's conversation timeline. After 30 days, recordings are automatically deleted.

Can I receive inbound calls?

Yes. As long as WaveDialer is open and connected, incoming calls to your Telnyx numbers will ring in your browser.

What happens if I lose internet during a call?

WaveDialer has built-in auto-recovery. If the connection drops, it will attempt to reconnect and retry logging your call data automatically.

How much does it cost?

WaveDialer itself is free to install. You only pay for Telnyx usage (calls and SMS) at their published rates, which are typically much lower than native CRM telephony rates.
